Altanchimeg Dugersuren is a social entrepreneur and one of the originators of the “We Together” Child and Family Development Center, where she serves as Director.
With over a decade of leadership in non-profit organizations, she excels in community development and family support. Since the center’s inception in June 2022, Altanchimeg has been instrumental in creating volunteer teams, managing community relationships, and promoting collective success.
She holds a Master of Social Work from Mongolian University and Science and Technology and a Master of International Business Administration from Stratford University.
Altanchimeg is also a certified coach and speaker under the John C. Maxwell Certification Program. Her background includes roles as a volunteer teacher, founder of the Social Work Management Journal, and director of the Mongolian Social Work Management and Innovation Academy.
Fluent in Mongolian and English, Altanchimeg is dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education and service.
As a finance professional, I possess considerable experience in financial management and leadership. I am currently working as the Director of Finance at Virginia Christian University in Chantilly, VA. I hold an M.B.A. in Risk & Finance Management from MNU, Korea. I have a degree in financial management from MNU, Mongolia.
