Altanchimeg Dugersuren, MS, MBA
I’m Altanchimeg Dugersuren, a social entrepreneur and co-founder of the “We Together” Child and Family Development Center, where I serve as Director.
I grew up as the youngest of ten children in a large, close-knit family, which taught me the true meaning of community. Today I live with my husband and our three children, my greatest source of inspiration and joy.
Since establishing “We Together” in 2022, I’ve led efforts to build volunteer teams, strengthen community connections, and bring people together.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and a Master of International Business Administration from Stratford University, and I’m also a certified coach and speaker through the John C. Maxwell Certification Program.
I strive to create spaces where people feel supported, inspired, and equipped to grow, and I am dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through education and service.

Burmaa Onon, MBA
As a mother of four, my passion for early childhood development began right at home. Watching my own children grow, learn, and explore sparked a deep interest in how young minds develop and inspired me to create educational games and coloring activities tailored just for them. One day, my children’s friends came over to play and were captivated by the activities I had made. Seeing their excitement and curiosity lit a spark in me and I realized I wanted to do more, not just for my own kids, but for other Mongolian children living in the U.S. This led me to co-found WE Together alongside a friend who shared the same vision: to empower and support Mongolian families through education and community.
My academic background is in Business Administration, with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree focused on Human Resources and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). After moving to the United States, I transitioned into the finance sector and currently lead an accounting and administrative team. I oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, financial filings, and budgeting.
Through WE Together, I blend my professional expertise and multicultural insights to create meaningful learning opportunities for children and to support families navigating life and parenting in a new cultural environment.
